SIZING & FIT

What type of tshirts do you use?

We use very high quality tshirts manufactured by American Apparel. For example, their classic tshirt that has a light feel. Made of 100% ring-spun cotton.
• 100% ring-spun lightweight cotton
• Pre-shrunk
• Tubular construction
• Shoulder-to-shoulder tape
• Seamless collar
• Double-needle sleeve and bottom hem

The men’s tshirt is the 980 Lightweight Fashion Short Sleeve T-Shirt and the women’s tshirt is the 880 Ladies Ringspun Fashion Fit T-Shirt.

How do I know if the t-shirt will fit me?

These tshirts are pre-shrunk and generally run true to size. Check the standard measurement chart below to make an informed decision about sizing.

ORDERING

How do I make a purchase?

You can shop by searching a category such as t-shirts, posters, magnets, (using the links in the menu to find what you are looking for) or you can browse through the catalog. Click on the product image to open up a larger sized image. You can also add an optional message to customize the Inside Label. This is great for a gift for a friend or loved one. Then select your size, color and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button to pay for it. You can still continue browsing the online store or directly go to the cart on the top right hand corner to review and amend the contents of your basket or to complete your order. You will need to register your personal details before your order can be processed. Before confirming your order you will be asked to review and amend your order details on the CART menu.

Do I need an account to place an order online?

No you do not need to set up an account on the website to place an order.

How will I know if you have received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received.

Can I add items to an existing order?

It is not always possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. You can place a new order for any additional items and contact us by email requesting to have your two orders combined and shipped together but please be aware that this might not always be possible as the first order may have already been shipped.

What happens if I notice that my personal details are incorrect after I have completed the ordering process?

If you realize that the details entered were incorrect once you have completed the ordering process please email with your order number in the subject line to bobby@baniyan.com. Although we cannot guarantee issue resolution after the order is placed, based on the amount of time lapsed and the delivery option chosen, there is the possibility of modifying your order.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Can I track my order online?

All orders to the USA and Canada are shipped using USPS and FedEx. Only orders dispatched using FedEx can be tracked online.

Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?

You can specify a different delivery address during checkout or in the special instructions box which appears when you add items to your cart.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Generally speaking, we will replace any damaged items that are defective and / or meet our returns policy. See our detailed policy here.

What payment methods do you accept?
